Reed Harris is an independently owned company that has been in business for almost 100 years, selling high quality wall and floor coverings to customers across the United Kingdom and beyond.
We originally set up shop on the corner of Wandsworth Bridge in Fulham in 1925 when the river Thames was an important means of transporting our products from across the globe. We have come a long way since the early days and we now have two showrooms in London in the heart of the Chelsea Design Quarter and a large showroom in Reading, which also houses our warehouse and distribution centre.
We source our products from some of the largest factories in the world, using the latest in green technologies, as well as from small artisan producers who can create unique and beautiful handmade tiles as single commissions. We are passionate about design too, keeping up to date with developments and innovations in the tiling industry as well as the latest trends in interior design – so we’re absolutely at the forefront in our field.
Over the years, the shape of the business has changed considerably, however our core values remain the same – simply to offer the best quality products and excellent service to our customers, something that hasn’t changed since directors, James Reed and Nigel Brimacombe took over the business in the early 1990’s. We are proud of our sales and technical team who are experts in the tiling world, with many years of experience coupled with an in depth knowledge and understanding of our product range. They are dedicated and empathetic people, who enjoy looking after, guiding and supporting our clients, be they residential or professionals in tiling, architecture, interior design and the building industry. From the initial brief and concept stage through to onsite supply and after care, we are here to help find the right tiling solution for our client’s projects.
